Accommodation/Tenancy

We help our participants undertake activities to ensure appropriate accommodation is attained and retained.

Assist - Personal Activities

We help our participants with assistance to personal care, in addition to helping our participants develop their skills.

Assist – Travel/Transport

We help our participants with assistance to travel and transport to appointments, grocery shopping, social outings, assisting with mobility in and out of vehicles and to your destination.

Daily Tasks/Shared Living

We provide assistance and supervision to tasks of daily living in shared living environment or not. Daily tasks can include getting ready, preparing meals, enjoying life with independence.

Innovative Community Participation

We want to maintain the focus of our participants to achieve resilience, happiness and personal development in connecting with the community. Additionally, participants will develop skills, form connections with new people and establish social and educational opportunities for themselves.

Development – Life Skills

Developing life skills allows the participant to live more independently and achieve goals for a rewarding life. This means taking time to mentor, motivate and encourage the participant to reach their goals.

Household Tasks

In order to maintain the general well-being of our participants, a clean and organised home is ideal. We will help our participants with all types of essential household chores; this eases the participants’ daily independence.

Specialist Disability Accommodation

Specialist Disability Accommodation is an entirely accessible home for our participants that accommodates to their disability needs.

Group/Centre Activities

Group/Centre Activities are designed to assist and support participants join with the community through social and recreational activities. We support participants in socialising whilst meeting new people, making new friends and participating in activities.

Participate Community

Much like Innovative Community Participation, establishing community participation can change the participants’ well-being and constantly encourages them to interact more freely. This could mean participating in community events or being part of a club.
